Today people are living to be much older than ever before. Some of the main reasons for this are the improved health care and better nutrition available to everyone.
Medical care is more available to people. Although not everyone can get the best heath care, everyone can get basic heath care and advice. When people are seriously ill, they can go to a public hospital and be taken care of. Years ago, health care wasn't available to everyone. Some people didn't live near a doctor or a hospital, and others couldn't pay for the care they needed. They made do with herbal medicines or folk remedies. Of course, some of these worked, but not for the more serious diseases.
The quality of medical care has improved. That's also a factor in longevity. Doctors know more now about what causes disease and how to care it ,Years ago, doctors only knew about the most basic diseases and cures. Medicine was not very advanced. You could die from something as simple as an infection from a cut. Now we have antibiotics and other medicines to help cure infections.
People are also living longer now because of better nutrition. We 're eating better and more healthfully than we used to .That's reduced the number of people with heart disease and cancer. We try to eat low-fat foods and eat more vegetable and fruits ,which are now available year-round.
Improved medical care and healthy eating habits has greatly expanded our life spans. What we need to do now is make sure that everyone in the world has these benefits.

That can make life miserable for everyone around her. 本人基本情況：四級認(rèn)真復(fù)習(xí)603分 六級不太認(rèn)真復(fù)習(xí)：548分。Toeic:950(聽力490，閱讀460， 應(yīng)該是聽力錯6個，閱讀錯4個) 不多說，直接講重點。
一、教材
(一)紙質(zhì)版
書名：《新托業(yè)Tomato全真模擬試題集3》，【韓】金學(xué)仁 李寶英 編著 中國人民大學(xué)出版社
做題情況：全做完
感受：這本書共有10套模擬試題，第8、9、10的難度比起1-7套大些。但總體上難度比真題大很多，這10套題我做得最好的是第6套，其中聽力錯31個，閱讀錯6個，所以大家不必被類似模擬題的難度嚇到。
優(yōu)：題目難度較真題大，可以很好地鍛煉自己做題的速度與質(zhì)量。
劣：沒有聽力文本，很可能有些句子你從一開始到最后都不明白在講什么，閱讀解析過于簡單。
總體評價：不推薦
(二)電子版(大家論壇上下得，非常寶貴的資源)
1、書名：《新托業(yè)全真題庫part1234》 俞姃沇(yan)著機械工業(yè)出版社
聽力常見語句背誦表(19天)：這是一個附在此書最后的聽力材料，非常有用
《新托業(yè)全真題庫part5 6》 鄭相虎 著 機械工業(yè)出版社
《新托業(yè)全真題庫part7》 安光模 著 機械工業(yè)出版社
做題情況：全做完
這是一系列分部分的題庫，是不是真題我不確定，但part1234還不錯，有聽力文本、詳解、重點詞匯;Part56也還行，有詳解，重點詞匯;part7不推薦，難度太低，會給人托業(yè)閱讀像它一樣輕松的錯覺。
2、書名：《新托業(yè)聽力詳解及實戰(zhàn)試題》【韓】徐敬珠 金真榮 金正元 著 中國人民大學(xué)出版社
這是一本對練習(xí)聽力很有用的書，具體優(yōu)勢如前述：新托業(yè)全真題庫part1234。
3、書名：《新托業(yè)Superb全真模擬試題集》
做題情況：4/6
有一定的可取之處，但題目質(zhì)量不是最好的，建議最后找不到題目練習(xí)又想保持做題狀態(tài)的時候做一下。
4、書名：《新托業(yè)考試官方指南標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試卷》 外研社
這本書共有兩套樣卷，題目質(zhì)量很高，和真題難度最為接近，建議在考試前2天每天各做一套。
二、復(fù)習(xí)時間：2013.2.25—2013.3.16 平均每天復(fù)習(xí)小時：10
特征：復(fù)習(xí)跨度不是很長，但每天復(fù)習(xí)的時間比較長。三、復(fù)習(xí)方式：
(一)初期：做紙質(zhì)版模擬題，每天一套，并且細(xì)細(xì)核對答案，那會兒還沒有看到男巫大神的分享，所以對聽力的核對就是一遍又一遍地重復(fù)聽，核對第一遍時看著答案給的場景信息不停頓地聽;核對第二遍時精聽，沒聽懂的回放;第三遍再拉一次，最后基本能保證把題目答案聽出來，大概85%左右;閱讀部分把生詞給查出來標(biāo)注在書上，每做完一套題，把聽力、閱讀遇到的生詞都記在生詞本上。
(二)中后期：保持上午兩套聽力，核對一套答案，下午做閱讀，核對上午一套聽力答案，核對閱讀答案，晚上再做一套新的聽力的做題速度。
(三)后期：題量逐漸減少，基本進(jìn)行聽力閱讀一次性完整做完的練習(xí)。
(四)備注：始終認(rèn)為，詞匯(此處包括短語)是語言的基礎(chǔ)。所以在用電子版的資料進(jìn)行復(fù)習(xí)，核對答案時，我會在旁邊開一個word文檔，分聽力、閱讀1(part5、6)、閱讀2(part7)三個部分進(jìn)行詞匯的歸集、整理。睡前盡量把每天新增的和以前記錄的詞匯溫習(xí)一遍，加深記憶。四、考場心得
(一)帶齊兩證：準(zhǔn)考證(考前一周可以打印)、身份證。
(二)耳機若有問題，試音階段及早向監(jiān)考老師提出。
(三)聽力結(jié)束，盡早開始做閱讀部分的題目。我在這階段沒弄清楚狀況，中間浪費了2分鐘的樣子，有點影響后續(xù)發(fā)揮。具體的，托業(yè)官網(wǎng)上會有關(guān)于考試流程的介紹(ToeicExamFLASH)，和正式答題的情景一樣，強烈建議在考前1-2天時多去看看，熟悉一下。
