教材分析:本單元主要是圍繞家里的各類房間living room、study、kitchen、 我的設(shè)計
bedroom and bathroom及一些常見的生活用品和家具phone、fridge、TV、sofa、table、shelf and bed等展開的一系列話題,這些東西都和我們的日常生活息息相關(guān),學生非常熟悉,所以教師教起來比較順手,學生也樂于學習,并易于聯(lián)系生活進行運用。
教學目標:
1.能力目標
(1)能夠簡單描述自己的家,運用學過的語言描述各個房間及室內(nèi)家具陳設(shè)的名稱、特征等,如:This is my home.It’s big.I have a bed room.This is my bed.
(2)能夠詢問、猜測人或物品的位置,并做出相應的回答,如:Where is/are…?Is it/he/she(Are they)in /near/…?Yes,it/he/she is(they are)./No,it isn’t(they aren’t).

教學重難點:
1.本單元的重點是學習有關(guān)家居單詞和一般疑問句的用法。
2. 難點是A、B部分的Let’s talk中的問句“Is it in/on/under…?”“Is this…?”“Are they on/near…?”及其回答“Yes,it is./No,it isn’t.”“Yes,they are./No,they aren’t.”。教學中應結(jié)合以前所學過的句型“Where is it?It’s in /on/near/…”等做好鋪墊,以減輕教與學的難度。
3. 在教學中,要注意滾動復習前兩冊所學過的句子,如:I have a…It’s big/small/nice.What can you see…?I can see…I like…Look at …
4. 要注意區(qū)分home與house以及desk與table的異同。

3.能聽懂Let’s do部分中的指示語,并能按指令做出相應的動作。
4.學唱歌曲“My bedroom”。
5.結(jié)合生活實際創(chuàng)設(shè)情境,使學生鞏固所學的新單詞,進行語言訓練,激發(fā)他們對家的熱愛,鼓勵他們大膽設(shè)想自己未來的家。

1.教師拿出一些文具用品,引導學生復習句型“What’s this?It’s a…” “Where is the…?It’s in/on/under…”

A.單詞導呈
1.教師利用掛圖呈現(xiàn)一棟房子,并對學生說:Look!This is Amy’s home.It’s very big.Wow!There are so many rooms.然后,教師指著某個房間中擺設(shè)的物品問學生:
T:What’s this?
S1:It’s a desk/chair/lamp.
T:What are they?
S2:They are books.
T:Oh,a desk,a chair,a lamp,some books.Where are they?Do you know?They are in the study.(以此導入單詞study)
教讀、板書、練讀單詞study。
2.教師出示bedroom的圖片,問學生:What can you see? 當學生回答出bed時,教師說:Yes, it’s a bed. We can have a sleep in the bedroom. (做動作幫助學生理解)This is a bedroom.教讀bedroom, 并板書,讓學生認讀。
3.教師出示bathroom的圖片,問學生:Is this a study? Is this a bedroom? 學生會回答:No. 教師告訴學生:This is a bathroom. We can take a shower in the bathroom.(用動作幫助學生理解)教讀單詞bathroom,并板書,讓學生認讀。
4.教師出示living room的圖片,問學生: Is it a bathroom? 學生回答:No.教師肯定學生的回答:Good. It’s not a bathroom. It’s a living room. 隨后問學生:What can you see in the living room?學生可能說出:I can see a TV.教師接著說:We can watch TV in the living room. 教讀單詞living room, 并板書,讓學生認讀。
5.教師做出切菜的動作,教師可讓學生用中文說出這是老師平時在哪兒做的事情。然后教師說:I’m in the kitchen now.教讀單詞kitchen, 并板書,學生認讀單詞。教師出示圖片(可以問生:What’s this?)讓學生說句子:This is a kitchen. 教師補充:If you are hungry(做饑餓狀),you can go to the kitchen,have a snack(做吃飯狀).
6.教師指著掛圖提問:Can you see a bedroom, a living room, a study, a bathroom and a kitchen? 學生回答:Yes. /Yes,I can see…教師:Oh, you can see a bedroom, a living room…并讓學生重復這段話。

1.學生在小組內(nèi)練讀單詞:一名同學讀,其他同學邊聽邊指著課本上相應的單詞(如果聽出讀的有錯誤,及時幫助糾正)這樣進行完一輪后,再換另一名同學讀單詞,如此輪換。目的是通過小組內(nèi)成員間輪流讀輪流聽,達到互相學習、互相糾正的效果。
2.學生在小組內(nèi)用本組自制的單詞卡練讀單詞:一人持卡,一人讀,其他人做出相應房間的動作。進行完一輪后就替換一次讀單詞的人選繼續(xù)進行,直到本組內(nèi)每個成員都讀一遍單詞。在這個過程中,學生互相學習互相正音。
三、Practice
1.看口型猜單詞
教師不出聲地做一個單詞的口型,如“l(fā)iving room”,讓學生猜是哪個單詞,誰先猜出來誰大聲說出來。然后,請一名學生代替老師繼續(xù)做口型,其他同學搶答。
2.看誰反應快
教師一一出示本課的單詞卡,讓學生搶讀??梢园讶喾殖蓛纱蠼M,聽聽哪一組讀得既快又準,哪一組獲勝。
3.圖片、單詞對對碰(用簡筆畫代替圖片的教師,可以讓學生上臺進行圖畫與單詞對應連線或圖畫與單詞對應標號。)
教師拿出自制的學單詞用的圖卡,讓學生一一對應地貼到教師板書的單詞旁邊。可以從舉手的學生中選五名上臺貼圖卡,其他學生判斷對錯。如果貼對了,下面學生大聲朗讀該單詞;如果貼錯了,下面學生不出聲(只做口型)地朗讀單詞。
4.Let’s do
(1)聽單詞、做動作、說指令
教師每說一個單詞,學生聽到后做出在相應的某個房間里做事情的動作,如:教師說出study,go to the study.學生聽到后可以做出在讀書的樣子。教師根據(jù)學生們做的動作,繼續(xù)引導:Read a book.讓學生邊跟著說邊做動作。(注意示范強調(diào)snack,shower的發(fā)音)
(2)看詞卡、說指令、做動作
教師出示單詞卡,讓一組學生(面向單詞卡)根據(jù)詞卡說指令,另一組學生(背向單詞卡)做出相應的動作,兩組輪流進行。
(3)心有靈犀
兩大組各選一個代表上臺,教師給其中一個學生看一張房間的圖片或單詞卡,然后讓這個學生做出一些與該房間有關(guān)的動作,讓另一個學生猜看到的是什么房間的圖片或單詞卡(最起碼要說出房間單詞,最好說出Let’s do 部分的相應指令;如果該生只說出了房間單詞,那么他或她所在的組要說出指令),看看是否心有靈犀。
(4)Listen to the tape,do the action.
四、Production
1.讓學生看著55頁的歌曲“My Bedroom”部分的背景圖,鼓勵學生用新學的語言進行簡單描述。然后,讓學生讀歌詞理解詞意。接著,靜聽歌曲,試著學唱。最后,演唱歌曲,并配上動作。
2.誰是最佳設(shè)計師?
讓學生小組合作——Make a nice home,然后以小組為單位用英語上臺介紹自己的家(如:This is my home,you can see……/we have 6 rooms,2 bedrooms,a bathroom……),比一比,哪個小組設(shè)計得好、介紹得好?
